Haider Ali, completed his B. Com. (Hons) from University and then went on to complete his LL.B from Campus Law Centre, the University of Delhi in 2015, and became a law graduate in 2018.

He came to Delhi along with his mother, a migrant laborer, along with his siblings just after he was born. He grew up in one of the slums in Delhi and completed his schooling from a government school. Thus, he grew up facing  injustices and violations of even basic rights. He understands plight of the marginalized and his personal experiences motivate him to work for others who maybe struggling as he did once.  

He joined SLIC in 2019 and works closely  Right to Housing, Acid Attack cases, Mental Health cases,  Medical Negligence cases,  Criminal matters.
